Test it on a product whose story you already know.
We're looking for a small number of product development teams to put RiskForge to the test. Start with a product you've already launched, so you can judge what it finds against what actually happened.
Three steps, from first look to subscription.
Proof run on a product you've already launched
Send us the BOM, product brief and assembly drawing for a recently launched product, with confidential details removed. We send back the DFMEA and DVP&R. Because you know how that product performed, you can see for yourself what RiskForge found.
60-day pilot on live development
Use RiskForge on products your team is developing now, with support from us for an agreed number of hours each month, set for each pilot.
Subscription
If the pilot has earned it, move to a full subscription.
On every run
- You send what you already have.BOM, product brief or engineering spec, and an assembly drawing, in whatever format you have them. No template to fill in.
- Your engineer confirms the function list before anything is analyzed.RiskForge reads the functions your documents declare and shows them to your engineer, along with anything it has questions about. Nothing is analyzed until the list is confirmed.
- Your engineer reviews the result. They read the DFMEA and DVP&R, amend them if needed, and approve them. Their feedback is the most valuable thing a pilot gives us, and it goes straight into improving RiskForge.
Your IP stays yours.
- Start without sensitive IP.The proof run uses inputs from a product you've already launched, with confidential details removed. Nothing sensitive has to leave your hands to see what RiskForge finds.
- Your IT requirements come first. Before any file is shared, we agree with your team how it's handled, where the analysis runs, and how it's deleted.
- Used only for your work.Your drawings and documents are never used to train any AI model.
- Deleted at pilot sign-off.All of your files are deleted when the pilot closes, and we confirm it in writing.
- Every run is traceable. Each run records a fingerprint of the exact inputs and the version of RiskForge that produced it, so any row can be traced back to where it came from.
A pilot is a partnership.
- A direct line to the founder.Your questions are answered by the engineer who built it. Dedicated support is included in the pilot.
- Your review shapes the product. What your engineers find goes straight into how RiskForge is improved. Pilot partners get the benefit first.
- Your engineer owns the result. The output is a recommendation. A qualified engineer on your team reviews, amends and approves the DFMEA and DVP&R, and owns them and the product.
Start with a proof run.
RiskForge is built for teams designing physical products — consumer, commercial and industrial goods, appliances, equipment and tools — who build their own DFMEAs. Places are limited; leave your details and we'll be in touch.
